Okay randomness (Forgive) but ive been thinking about this for a bit, lets say you draw/make an image for a certain person, and that person wants to make it into an icon to use wherever. Should they ask permission? Wolvenillusion asked me if she could turn the pic i did for her into an icon and i was kinda a bit baffled, of COURSE she can use it, i made the image for her, right? So the question here is, should people ask to use an image you made for them into an icon? I make icons from things people have made for me and i dont ask, i figured if anything they would be amused i was using their image in an icon (i know i am when i see others use icons from things ive made for them). Of course, i always put a credit somewhere as to who originally created the pic.
